Most of my power generators read "[0] Power Generator", but one is "[1] Power Generator" in the title. It's not the level, but something else. It costs much more to upgrade and produce more energy. What is that? How can I raise the tier of my [0] Power Generators?

I thought I'd disabled this feature because it's not complete but level 10 should be a tier level instead of a regular level. I will make sure to properly disable this in the next build until it's ready.

Confusing:

  1. It is currently not possible to move fabricators.
  2. It was not obvious that Radars had an adjacency bonus with power generators

Is it possible to streamline this design?

  1. Click Building (open menu 1)
  2. Click Upgrade (open menu 2)
  3. Click Upgrade N times (typically 1-2)
  4. Click Exit (exit menu 2)
    1. unintuitive, faster method - Click outside of the modal
  5. Repeat per building (7 at the moment for me)

  2. Click Research
  3. Click Exit (exit menu 2)

Thank you for the feedback, I certainly agree reducing the number of clicks is something I need to work on. One thought I had was removing the content menu and then having a single screen popup where you can manage everything for that structure including upgrades.

Cool idle game, not sure if it fits into the "idle game" genre, cause it's more resource management, but aside from the ui wonkyness I'm really liking it!

Thank you, that's really great to hear. Certainly more incremental and resource management than Idle at this point, I expect that to change as the growth curves kick in.

This game feels horrible with the mobile sizing and scaling. like the window is hug but the game is also tiny it wastes all the screen and i cant real zoom in cause its to tall filling the whole monitor.

Thanks for the feedback, someone else also mentioned this. Will look to improve it for 1080p as I think that's where the issue is.


EDIT: I've just reproduced it locally, looking into a fix.

I liked your old version better, this one feels like a poor mobile focused pivot and seams to lose some of what i liked in first version and was waiting to see expanded.

Hey, thanks for the feedback, is it specifically the change in orientation from landscape to portrait or are there other changes you don't like? I thought I'd kept quite close to that original vision.

My intent was always to focus mobile first but I'm having doubts on the route forward now.

Orientation, progression, squares over hex,art style seams cheaper, feels like a cheap Mobile game now over a expansive city builder incremental.

you got no chance in mobile threes millions of games and as soon as you put it on mobile with out a secured player bad the clones will drown your game off the map.

Like you got to have a amazing game first then port to mobile or any app farm company will just make there own better or cheaper and advertise over yours till it cant be found.

... at least with my gameplay, i can't get research cap to be above 50, which means that i can only research the first 4 items....  i.e. broken.


Hi, In the research tab, you can scroll to the left and find the Research storage research project, it follows on from the Energy & Mass storage upgrades. I need to make it more obvious it is scrollable.

well, that's sort of obvious.  thank you.  (but maybe zoom out a bit?  or... have scroll bars?)

Absolutely, I went and zoomed it out a bit more for the next version and will make it much clearer in future.
